Your Life Is Explaining Your Beliefs

About a 3 minute pause

THE FAMILIAR VIEW

A belief must be good if I can defend it with the right words.

ROTATE THE PRISM

Words can hide what a belief is becoming inside us. Our lives are often more honest.

Does this belief make us more loving, truthful, brave, and free? Or does it make us more afraid, controlling, and quick to condemn?

The fruit does not answer every question. But it deserves a place in the conversation.

SIT WITH THIS

What fruit is my present inner life producing?

Which belief sounds loving in words but becomes fearful in practice?

By their fruit you will recognize them.
Matthew 7:20

CARRY THIS TODAY

Let the effect of one belief on the people around you become part of how you examine it.

The way we live may reveal more than the way we explain.
