Love Needs More Than a Feeling

About a 3 minute pause

THE FAMILIAR VIEW

If my intentions feel loving, responsibility and boundaries should not matter.

ROTATE THE PRISM

Love can be sincere and still need a shape.

A boundary can protect dignity. Discipline can make care dependable. Honesty can keep kindness from becoming avoidance.

Love becomes trustworthy when another person can actually experience it—not only when we feel it inside ourselves.

SIT WITH THIS

Where has loving language existed without responsibility?

What practice would help my care become more dependable?

Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.
1 John 3:18

CARRY THIS TODAY

Give one loving intention a form someone else can actually experience.

Love becomes visible when intention accepts responsibility.
